My research thrusts are in solidification phenomena in liquid oxides, interfacial separation at liquid-liquid interfaces, refining limits in clean steel production, initial solidification phenomena and the development of strip casting.
I intend to continue to pursue these 5 topics over the next three to five years. My major focus will be to develop experimental techniques that will lead to improved understanding of the phenomena that occur at high temperatures.
