Eric Chang, Ph.D. 2003

 

 

 

Eric Chang received the M.S. and Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, USA, in 1998 and 2003, respectively, for work in the field of oxide / SiC interfaces. He continued his projects from June 2003 to Oct. 2003 as a Postdoctoral Researcher. He then joined Seagate Research. His current research activities are focused on thin film growth.
